Can I close my account?

If you want to close your account permanently, Seller Support can assist you. Keep in mind that you can use the Maintenance mode feature that will hide all your listings, or you can deactivate or remove your listings entirely but hold on to your account for future use. Before you close your account permanently, please cancel and remove your listings and resolve all transactions.

How do I manage my merchant account?

Use will get access to a full featured Merchant Dashboard to manage all aspects of selling on Kbami, like manage your selling account, add product information, make inventory updates, manage orders, and manage users.

How many items i can add on my inventory?

It depends on which sbscription you choose. Please visit the pricing section for detail.

How will I know when I have a sale?

Kbami notifies you by email when you receive an order. You can change the notification settings in your account settings.

Can I offer gift-wrap and packaging services to my customers?

Yes. Our packaging service allows customers to choose when they check out, you can make the options available for any individual item on your listing page.

How will merchants set up paypal account for transactions.

Set up your PayPal account into your shop on kbami.com

  1. Go to developer.paypal.com Log into Dashboard and type your PayPal account email and password. On the My Apps & Credentials page, toggle to Live or Sandbox depending on which kind of app you want to create or edit: To create an app, click Create App in the REST API apps section. Type a name for your app and click Create App.

Do the following:

  1. Go to developer.paypal.com
  2. Log in with PayPal Account email and password
  3. Click the 'Dashboard' tab up top
  4. Click 'My APPs & Credentials'
  5. Click 'Create & Manage NVP/SOAP API apps link
  6. On the redirect to the classic developer portal, Login to PayPal account you want to apply for the APP ID with (a business PayPal account is highly suggestive for underwriting approval)
  7. For Live APP IDs, it takes between 24-48 hours; you should get notified when approved. If you don't, contact business support. The number is in your PayPal account / contact us section (pending status)
  8. For SandBox you'll get the APP ID right away, regardless of how you applied; live or sandbox
  9. You should see the APP ID in the classic developer portal in the 'manage your apps' section.
